Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all JOLLY CANNABIS tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
